TeekensKarstens is a notaries and law firm with multiple offices. They wanted a new, corporate website that would appeal to diverse target groups.
Legal advice to various target groups
TK's lawyers and notaries are also close to their clients. This human scale did not radiate from the previous website. Another challenge TK faced was serving the two target groups. On the one hand, TK wanted to attract large, national companies as clients. On the other hand, TK wanted to continue to serve local individuals.
TK had a clear ambition for its website: the firm wanted to receive more organic visitors and convert them into leads. Because it lacked the in-house knowledge to develop a solid and scalable site, the firm went in search of a specialist. Specifically, TK wanted a partner who understood both the need and the internal politics of the firm.
During our intensive collaboration with TK, we built a website with separate entrances for the various target groups. This brought about a lot not only externally, but also internally. Internally at TK it has become more normal to proactively share knowledge, while clients experience the office as much more open and approachable.
The new WordPress website allows TK to assign roles to employees, allowing them to manage their own section of the website. For example, each lawyer and notary has a personal page showing his or her areas of expertise and sectors. We have also linked the recruitment software (HROffice) to the website, which means that vacancies are automatically posted on the site and responses come directly into this ATS.
To realize the website, we followed the usual 2manydots approach. It was clear to both TK and 2manydots and led to a smooth transition. Broadly speaking, we went through three phases: delivery, processing additional wishes, measuring and improving.
After the website went live, 2manydots went to work on incorporating the additional requirements and the further development began. All kinds of features were added without compromising the loading speed of the website.
