Effective August 1, 2022, Mike Lelieveld will resign his position as commercial director and step down from operations. Finn Ruijter joins as a new shareholder and will join Edwin van der Maas in the day-to-day management of 2manydots. Mike will remain involved in the background as a shareholder.
After 16 years at the helm of 2manydots, it’s time for Mike to take on a new challenge. “Personal development is important to me as a human being. I choose to change course and follow my entrepreneurial heart. I am going on a journey of discovery, looking for new innovations like web3, blockchain and Bitcoin,” Mike said.
In recent years, Mike and Edwin (founders) have not been idle. Hard work has been done daily to expand and professionalize 2manydots. “I am proud of our people and working with Edwin.” Mike continues: “Edwin and I can read and write with each other. That will take some getting used to, but I have every confidence in Finn as a partner. As a person and a new generation, he brings new energy and ideas to the company. 2manydots is strong and ready for the future”.
Finn has now been working at 2manydots for quite some time and has earned the trust of Mike and Edwin as well as that of the team and clients. Mike: “Finn joined us as a 17-year-old boy. I am proud of the development he has gone through. He has blossomed into a cornerstone of our organization that we can continue to build on.”
