Success story of Vendor

Vendor has been a specialist in outdoor toilet hygiene for over 60 years: for example, in offices, public buildings, shopping malls or airports. From air fresheners to hand dryers, Vendor supplies and services them in the Netherlands and Belgium. We developed a lead-generating WordPress website for Vendor. Read all about the project here!

Challenge

Vendor’s previous Web site was unsuitable for conversion and lead generation and lacked a business-like appearance. So the first question was: help us with some quick fixes so that the website is also well set up in terms of online marketing. But doing something so “quick” turned out to be not so easy, and together we came to the conclusion that we had better start with a clean slate.

Question

Vendor wanted visitors to be able to quickly find the product information they wanted. Different needs apply to different industries (think hospitality, industry, logistics); the new site had to address those as well. The ultimate goal? Generate more leads: potential clients who request a consultation.

Solution

Within a short time, the new Dutch and Flemish websites were ready. Shortly after going live, more conversions were already being measured than on the old site. Thanks to a custom order form, existing customers easily submit orders. Vendor customer references provide concrete examples of the applications in various industries.

With Vendor’s wish list and Mike’s input, our designer got to work. After a few shifts this stood and it was time to start developing. Thanks to a regular update from Kylie, the project went very smoothly. Soon the technical demo took place: Vendor’s marketing team received clear explanations and a manual for reference.

Results

The website is linked to a number of smart marketing tools, such as Hotjar, which clearly shows visitor behavior. Based on this analysis, optimizations are made continuously. This ensures improved results and growth in conversions.
