But to tell you exactly how SEO works, we actually need to explain to you how the functional sides work that make for an SEO optimized website. What kind of technology is behind it? Why is content important? What is the difference between local, national and international findability, and so on.

Technology

Is SEO-based landing page writing not enough? No, actually no. To achieve high rankings in Google, it is important to eliminate all technical flaws. For example, think about detecting and removing duplicate content or see if the site map is completely up to date. But also check for errors in the structured data or check if the page contains and robot.txt file. Nationwide online findability

Then don’t limit yourself by putting a city name after your search terms. After all, the chances of someone from Friesland searching for Internet agency Tilburg are negligible.

Internationally findable

Are you going or wanting to cross national borders with your company? Then it is advisable to offer your website in multiple languages.
