Mondiaen is a care and education organization with several locations in the region. Every day Mondiaen is committed to providing a safe, trusted and developmentally appropriate environment for children, with an eye for quality. Parents looking for child care, BSO or preschool should not only be able to feel what Mondiaen stands for, but also see this clearly and reliably reflected online.
Mondiaen wanted to be structurally better found online by parents in the region around everything to do with ‘child care’. Not with isolated actions or short campaigns, but with sustainable growth. The question was how SEO, content and data could structurally contribute to more visibility, more relevant visitors and ultimately more applications for childcare, without losing sight of the organization’s social role.
The child care market is competitive and strongly locally driven. Parents search with specific questions about costs, registration times and differences between types of care, while search behavior varies greatly by stage of life and time. The challenge was therefore not only in findability, but especially in answering the right questions at the right time, building trust and being present when parents actually make a choice.
Throughout the year, we worked monthly on SEO content, technical optimizations, structured data and targeted link building. No individual blogs, but a cohesive content strategy that responds to parents’ questions and connects to the See-Think-Do-Care stages of the customer journey.
In addition to SEO, we also deploy SEA to reach parents at times when childcare needs are immediate and concrete. With targeted search ads, we respond to search queries with high urgency, while SEO ensures sustainable visibility, trust and content depth in the long term. In this way, SEO and SEA reinforce each other within one consistent strategy.
The focus was on local findability and long-tail keywords with clear intent, such as questions about enrollment, costs and shelter types. Content was not only written for search engines, but also structured to be easily readable by AI tools and visible in AI reviews.
Each month, new SEO content was created or existing content was revised and honed. In doing so, we looked critically at structure, internal linking and tone of voice. Information had to be clear, factual and reliable, appropriate to Mondiaen’s role as a shelter organization.
In addition, we optimized the technology and on-page elements, such as metadata, loading speed and structured data. With targeted link building, we strengthened the authority of the domain and gave important pages extra weight. Everything was continuously monitored via Search Console, Analytics and dashboards, so that choices always remained data-driven.
Mondiaen has become structurally more visible for parents in the region, precisely at times when they are orienting themselves and have questions. The website functions more and more as a source of knowledge and as a logical starting point for applications.
The partnership is ongoing. By continuing to work monthly on SEO, content, technology and data, Mondiaen stays relevant in search engines as well as in AI-driven search environments. What gets structural attention, grows. The figures prove it.
