Daywize is a very complete HR platform, both for employees and managers. Recruiters also like to use Daywize, but wouldn’t it be convenient to interface with WordPress?
With Daywize, you have all employee data on your screen: information about their employment, their performance, their vacation days and so on. But information from people who are not yet employees is also interesting to put into Daywize. And especially when it comes to job applicants.
A link to WordPress puts information from web forms directly into Daywize. But conversely, such an integration also pulls data from Daywize and places it on the website. A new job posting you put in Daywize will then show up, including a detailed job description, on your WordPress site.
Thanks to this integration, as a recruiter you save a lot of time on chores like copy and paste over retyping. Also, you no longer need to extensively format a job posting. The WordPress/Daywize link ensures that job postings fit perfectly within the design of your website.
So, that job posting is finished. With a press of the mouse button, save it in Daywize. In a browser window you open your works at recruitment website; to your great joy, that new vacancy is already on the website. Any potential candidate who visits the site now sees the open position.
And instead of applying through an “old-fashioned” email, candidates can paste their cover letter directly into the web form. They attach their resume to it, and once sent, this personal information appears in your Daywize dashboard. That way you can take action right away!
You also log into Google Analytics for completeness. Soon you will see how many visitors you have received over the past month. This makes it easy to calculate the conversion rate. Moreover, in Hotjar you can see where visitors linger with their mouse pointer and where they click most often. Valuable information you can use to continue to optimize the site.
There is no official WordPress plugin for Daywize. That makes it a little trickier to create your own linkage. It takes serious programming skills to build a link via the so-called API. And it takes time. If you have that in place, you can close this page, because there is work to be done.
But chances are you don’t have the knowledge for this. For such a link, then, you rely on an outside party. In doing so, be very critical and look at the experience such an agency has.
